Exercise and exertion helps a lot in the long run. Of course it helps you build strong muscles but many don’t know that the sweat generated during exercising helps fight of skin infections.
Sweat (human) contains an antibiotic called dermacidin that prevents disease causing bacteria which are responsible for skin infections. Impetigo is one such bacterial skin infection which can be prevented by regular exercising and sweating. So keep sweating.
